RENTAL POLICIES:
Anatole Bay is a community of single-family residences. Absolutely no short-term rentals are allowed including Airbnb or VRBO vacation rentals. ONLY long-term rentals are allowed under the following provisions:

All rentals require a signed lease agreement for a minimum period of one year. This lease agreement must be submitted to HOA immediately upon execution of the lease. There can be an exception for Military Personnel, when necessary.

VIOLATIONS TO THE RULES AND REGULATIONS: When residents or their guests violate the rules and regulations for the first time, they will receive a verbal warning. If the same violation occurs again, a fine will be imposed. Upon the 3rd occurrence of the same violation, the fine will be doubled and will continue to be doubled should any additional violations occur for one year following the 3rd occurrence.
