General Rules
1) Children are not allowed to play in the street or near other units.
2) Children must not be allowed on the docks unattended at any time.
3) Children under 12 must be supervised by a parent or guardian when engaged in any outdoor play.
4) Pets must be accompanied and under your control while outdoors. Solid pet waste must be cleaned up IMMEDIATELY in ALL areas of the complex.
5) No items are to be left on the common areas to include swing sets or child swimming pools.
6) No trash, bottles, or papers are to be left in common areas.
7) The hanging of rugs, laundry, or other articles of clothing over windowsills, balconies, railings, etc., is forbidden.
8) Any duly authorized agent of the Anatole Bay Homeowners association shall have the right to knock at the door of any resident and take any steps necessary to stop any act or conduct on the part of a resident, their family, servants, or guests, which is unduly disturbing the other residents of the condominium complex.
9) No signs of any kind may be placed on the common area or buildings without approval from the homeowners association.
10) Grills, hibachis, and other similar devices shall be used and stored in a manner that does not present a fire hazard to the units or property. While in use, no device shall be left unattended. After use, all charcoal and wood-burning grills and hibachis must be extinguished, and ash residue must be removed prior to storage. None of these devices shall be used or stored on any balconies at Anatole Bay.
Trash Collection Policy
1.Trash bins and recycling bins are currently picked up on Friday mornings. Please leave at least 2 feet of space between bins.
2.Trash bins may be placed curbside on Thursday prior to pick-up.
3.It is the responsibility of each resident to return containers to their assigned storage location on the day of pick-up. If you are out of town or otherwise unable to retrieve bins, please ask someone to return the bins to the appropriate storage area for you.
4.Bins are to be stored inside the rear patio area for all units that do not have carports. For units with carports, bins are to be stored inside the carport area. No bins are allowed in the front or on the side of buildings or on the GRASS.
5.A $25 per day fine will be assessed to units whose bins are improperly stored or still curbside the morning following pick-up.
Parking
1.All cars must be operable, have up to date tags, must belong to a resident of Anatole Bay Town Homes and rest on four fully inflated tires.
2.Spaces are numbered and are limited to two spaces per unit; do not park in another resident’s numbered space. Guests must use visitor designated parking areas.
3.No boats, trailers, or jet skis are to be parked in the parking lots, patios, sidewalks or on the grass. Boat trailers on the property must be parked in an assigned, numbered parking space in the boat trailer parking lot. The fee for a parking space is $50 per month, or a one-time yearly fee of $500 (non-refundable) due and payable by January 10 of each year. No other types of trailers are permitted.
4.The above rules, if violated, will result in your vehicle being stickered with a large yellow tag that is difficult to remove. If the offense is repeated or not remedied immediately, your vehicle will be towed at your expense.
5.Anyone wishing to use a boat slip must register their boat at Anatolebay.com under the Marina tab.

Satellite Dishes and Antennas
1.No outside television or radio aerial or antenna, or satellite dishes may be placed on Anatole Bay property without prior written approval by the Board of Directors.

                                                                     Anatole Bay Clubhouse Use Policy

1.The unit owner is responsible for any damage to the clubhouse while they, their guests or their tenant are using it. Tenants must have the written approval of their unit’s owner to use the clubhouse.
2.While using the clubhouse, an adult Anatole Bay resident must be present at all times. Residents are not permitted to reserve the clubhouse for others when they themselves will not be present. Any homeowner found in violation of this rule will have their clubhouse reservation privileges suspended for a period of 1 year. Any Anatole Bay resident is hereby authorized, by the Board of Directors, to validate the presence of the host resident at a reserved function and report any violation to the property manager who will investigate the complaint and suspend privileges if warranted.
3.Non-resident guests are limited to 8 per unit owner except during reserved planned parties.
4.A clubhouse reservation must be scheduled with Carolyn Suarez (228) 348-1301 for exclusive use. The fitness room, pool & restrooms will remain available for general use at all times.
5.The fee for a reserved party is $75 with a refundable damage deposit of $175 if the clubhouse is left clean and undamaged. The unit owner is also responsible for all damages that exceed $175.
6.If alcohol is served, the host will be fully responsible for the ages and welfare of guests. Noise must be kept to a level that does not disturb other residents in their homes.
7.The clubhouse is to be left clean after use, with floors vacuumed & counters wiped clean. All trash must be bagged and removed by the homeowner. Trash left in the clubhouse or failure to clean the clubhouse will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit. 
8.There is a programmable thermostat in place in the clubhouse, which may be adjusted by using the up and down buttons ONLY. Do not use any other buttons or change any programmed settings. When you leave, return the thermostat to a setting that will reduce electricity costs during periods of non-use. In summer, return the setting to 78; in winter, return the setting to 50. The thermostat is pre-programmed to return to a cost saving temperature setting at 6 and 12 o’clock. If it auto adjusts during your party, simply reset it to a comfortable setting using the up and down buttons.
9.After using the exercise equipment, please wipe down equipment appropriately.
10.Homeowners are not to use the clubhouse when another resident has reserved it, except for the exercise room, restrooms and pool, which may be used by residents even during planned parties.
11.When leaving the clubhouse: remove any and ALL trash, debris or garbage; set the thermostat appropriately; make sure all furniture is returned to its original position; turn off all interior lights; make sure all doors are locked.
12.Guests must not park in residents’ parking spaces; visitor parking is available near both mailboxes.

Anatole Bay Pool Rules
1) All residents should be aware that no lifeguard will be present. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK.
2)A pool pass wristband is required to use the pool. If there are several people in your group at least one person must have a pass on their wrist. If you need a pool pass wristband contact Carolyn Suarez at 228-348-1301. Any Anatole Bay resident is hereby authorized to request parties to leave the pool if they do not have a pool pass wrist band and to contact authorities if violators do not comply with the request.
3) Pool hours are from 8:00 A.M. through 10:00 P.M.
4) Persons under the age of 14 must be supervised by a parent or adult guardian while in the pool area.
5) Only persons wearing proper swimming attire are allowed to be in the pool.
6) Absolutely no glass containers are allowed in the pool area.
7) Loud music is not permitted. PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN POOL AREA, leave them at home.
8) All visitors must be accompanied by resident. A maximum of 8 guests will be allowed per unit.
9) Do not abuse or remove furniture from the pool area.
10) NO SMOKING in the pool!
11) A clubhouse reservation is required for pool gatherings with more than 8 nonresident guests. Residents cannot reserve the pool.
