Mission Statement
Anatole Bay Town Homes is a community of neighbors composed primarily of retired individuals and couples, families and young professionals. As homeowners, we pride ourselves in working together within our homeowners’ association to achieve a higher quality of life for our residents and increase our property values. Our goal is to maintain a neighborhood that is considered by residents and non-residents alike to be a desirable place in which to live and enjoy the benefits of a gated, waterfront community. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life in our neighborhood through the establishment of sound security measures, management of common areas, enforcement of rules and governing documents, support of initiatives that strengthen bonds among residents, and investment in capital improvements that benefit the greater good. In fulfilling our mission, we value honesty, fairness, firmness, participation, respect, cooperation, and neighborliness in all our actions.
